How Can an Estate Planning Attorney Help?
Estate Planning
It’s commonly thought that estate plans are only for select people – but the truth is, if you’re over 18, estate planning documents could be beneficial for you.
Wills
The state of Illinois already has a plan in place for your kids and belongings in the event that you pass…put your own plan in place with a solid will.
Trusts
Are you concerned about your loved ones having to deal with the probate court, should something happen to you? An effective trust can allow them to bypass that process.
Power of Attorney
If you were unable to make your own medical, financial, or legal decisions for any reason, would someone you trust be able to step in, or would those decisions be left to the state?
Here’s How It Works.
